目的：建立测定肾石消胶囊中延胡索乙素含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法采用Shimadzu VP－ODS色谱柱（250 mm ×4.6 mm，5μm），以0.1%磷酸（用三乙胺调节pH至6.0）－甲醇（40：60）为流动相，流速为1.0 mL/min，检测波长为280 nm。结果延胡索乙素进样量在0.0833~0.4168μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，r=0.9997（ n=5），平均回收率为99.11%，RSD为0.66%( n=6)。结论该法结果准确、方法简便、分离度高，可用于该制剂的质量控制。
목적：건립측정신석소효낭중연호색을소함량적반상고효액상색보법。방법채용Shimadzu VP－ODS색보주（250 mm ×4.6 mm，5μm），이0.1%린산（용삼을알조절pH지6.0）－갑순（40：60）위류동상，류속위1.0 mL/min，검측파장위280 nm。결과연호색을소진양량재0.0833~0.4168μg범위내여봉면적선성관계량호，r=0.9997（ n=5），평균회수솔위99.11%，RSD위0.66%( n=6)。결론해법결과준학、방법간편、분리도고，가용우해제제적질량공제。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) method for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine content in Shenshixiao Capsule. Methods The Shimadzu VP-ODS column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)was adopted with 0. 1% phosphoric acid(adjusting pH to 6. 0 with triethylamine)-methanol(40 :60)as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and the detecting wavelength was 280 nm. Results The sample size of paracetamol during the range of 0. 083 3-0. 416 8 μg showed good linear relationship with the peak area,r=0. 999 7(n=5). The average recovery rate was 99. 11%,RSD was 0. 66%( n=6). Conclusion This method is sim-ple,convenient and accurate with high separation,which can be used for controlling the quantity of this preparation.
