目的:对高效液相色谱法测定注射用头孢曲松钠含量的测量不确定度进行评定,以期找出影响不确定度的因素。方法按照测量步骤,并根据《测量不确定度评定与表示)(JJF1059-1999)中有关规定评估其不确定度。结果量化各不确定度分量,提出了该法的合成不确定度评估结果。结论计算出的扩展不确定度 U=1.3%,k=2。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the uncertainty of Ceftriaxone Sodium for Injection determined by high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) in order to find out the factors influencing the uncertainty. Methods According to the measurement procedure and the Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement(JJF1059-1999),the measurement uncertainty was evaluated. Results The various components of uncertainties were quantified and the evaluation result of the synthesized uncertainty for this method was proposed. Conclusion The expanded uncertainty U=1. 3%( k=2)is calculated.
