目的:研究汉桃叶总黄酮的提取工艺及其镇痛抗炎活性。方法采用乙醇回流提取法,通过正交设计试验,确定总黄酮提取工艺的最佳条件;用扭体法观察镇痛作用,用二甲苯使小鼠致炎法观察该药的抗炎作用。结果汉桃叶总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为加8倍量80%乙醇提取2次,每次1.5 h;所得黄酮具有较强的镇痛抗炎活性。结论优选的提取工艺效率高,可增加汉桃叶的利用率。

목적:연구한도협총황동적제취공예급기진통항염활성。방법채용을순회류제취법,통과정교설계시험,학정총황동제취공예적최가조건;용뉴체법관찰진통작용,용이갑분사소서치염법관찰해약적항염작용。결과한도협총황동제취적최가공예조건위가8배량80%을순제취2차,매차1.5 h;소득황동구유교강적진통항염활성。결론우선적제취공예효솔고,가증가한도협적이용솔。
Objective To study the extraction technology and analgesic,anti-inflammatory activities of total flavonoids from Schefflera arboricola Hayata. Methods The ethanol reflux extraction method was adopted. The optimal condition of total flavonoid extraction tech-nology was determined by the orthogonal design test;the analgesic effect was observed by the twisting method;the anti-inflammatory ef-fect was observed by the dimethylbenzene causing inflammation method. Results The optimum extraction condition was adding 8 times amount of 80% ethanol and extracting twice,1. 5 h each time;the obtained total flavonoid possessed the stronger analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities. Conclusion The optimized extracting technology has higher extracting efficiency and increases the utilization rate of Schefflera arboricola Hayata.
