寻找安全、高效的基因递送载体一直是基因治疗领域的研究热点之一。本文对近年来PLGA作为递送载体及相关问题进行了综述。首先简述了PLGA纳米颗粒的性质及制备方法,然后对其作为递送载体的研究概况进行了探讨,最后指出了目前PLGA作为递送材料存在的问题,并对其前景进行了展望。

To explore safe and efficient gene delivery carriers is of the hot topic in the field of gene therapy.In this paper,re-search progress on PLGA nanoparticles as gene delivery carriers in the recent years were reviewed.We described the present research status in PLGA nanoparticles and their preparation method.Dis-cussion in-depth for the application of PLGA nanoparticles in bio-medical research was also given in the article.Meanwhile,prob-lems existing in PLGA nanoparticles as a delivery carriers were pointed out while its prospect was also proposed.
