目的：观察分析梅毒艾滋病双重感染患者的临床表现与治疗分析．方法：收集我院2008-03／2011-01艾滋病梅毒感染者资料204例，对其临床表现、治疗措施进行回顾性分析．结果：2206例艾滋病梅毒双重感染者204例（占9．25％）中多为异性性接触、男性同性恋及吸毒人群等高危人群，但近年来已有向普通人群蔓延的趋势．204例梅毒艾滋病双重感染患者梅毒血清学变化与驱梅治疗有一定的关系．结论：艾滋病患者感染梅毒后，病程进展快，而且双重感染者多为隐性梅毒，易出现神经梅毒，因此对于梅毒艾滋病双重感染者，应考虑做脑脊液检查排除神经梅毒的可能性，对于梅毒艾滋病双重感染者要按神经梅毒治疗方案进行，并进行定期随访和监测．

AIM:To investigate the clinical manifestations and treatment of syphilis and HIV co-infection.METHODS:Collect AIDS syphilis patient dates in 204 cases of our hospital from March 2008 to January 2011,and analysis their clinical manifes-tations and treatment measures.RESULTS:2 206 cases of pa-tient with the infection both syphilis and AIDS were studied.204 cases of which (9.25%)had heterosexual sexual contact,male homosexuality,drug users and other high risk population.Howev-er there was a trend of spreading to the general population in re-cent years.Syphilis serology changes in 204 cases infected with both syphilis and AIDS may have a certain relationship with flood-ing treatment.CONCLUSION:After the AIDS patients infected by syphilis,it has a fast progression,and dual infections are re-cessive syphilis,easily become neurosyphilis.So cerebrospinal fluid examination should consider to be done to exclude the possi-bility of neurosyphilis.According to neurosyphilis therapy to treat the AIDS patient with syphilis,regular follow-up and monitoring is to be done.
