目的:探讨在脑静脉窦血栓形成中对MRI 与磁共振静脉成像技术(MRV )进行联用的效果.方法:选取2011/2013我院收诊的脑静脉窦血栓患者共24例,给予MRI、MRV诊断,并与其相关临床资料相结合,进行回顾性分析.结果:24例病例中,单纯累及乙状窦、横窦者15例,联合累及上矢状窦、横窦或乙状窦者9例.经MRI 诊断,发现24例患者多为T1WI、T2WI高信号表现,占75.0%;11例增扫患者均提示脑静脉明显强化,且静脉窦壁以“环状”、“三角状”强化呈现.经MRV诊断,均提示累及的静脉窦显影有狭窄、不规则等情况.结论:为脑静脉窦血栓形成患者联用MRI与MRV诊断,有利于确诊疾病,而且安全、无创,对于制定有针对性的治疗方案有指导意义,适合在今后的临床上普及应用.
目的:探討在腦靜脈竇血栓形成中對MRI 與磁共振靜脈成像技術(MRV )進行聯用的效果.方法:選取2011/2013我院收診的腦靜脈竇血栓患者共24例,給予MRI、MRV診斷,併與其相關臨床資料相結閤,進行迴顧性分析.結果:24例病例中,單純纍及乙狀竇、橫竇者15例,聯閤纍及上矢狀竇、橫竇或乙狀竇者9例.經MRI 診斷,髮現24例患者多為T1WI、T2WI高信號錶現,佔75.0%;11例增掃患者均提示腦靜脈明顯彊化,且靜脈竇壁以“環狀”、“三角狀”彊化呈現.經MRV診斷,均提示纍及的靜脈竇顯影有狹窄、不規則等情況.結論:為腦靜脈竇血栓形成患者聯用MRI與MRV診斷,有利于確診疾病,而且安全、無創,對于製定有針對性的治療方案有指導意義,適閤在今後的臨床上普及應用.

AIM:To investigate the curative effect of the cere-bral venous sinus thrombosis in the veins on MRI combined with magnetic resonance imaging (MRV).MRTHODS:2011/2013 24 patients with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis clinic of our hospital received MRI,MRV diagnosis and clinical data associat-ed with the combination were retrospectively analyzed. RE-SULTS:In the 24 cases,the mere involvement of the sigmoid si-nus and transverse sinus included 15 cases,involving 9 cases of a joint sagittal sinus,transverse sinus or sigmoid sinus.After MRI diagnosis 24 patients,mostly showed T1WI,T2WI high signal performance,accounting for 75 .0%;1 1 cases of patients were prompted sweeping increases significantly enhanced cerebral ve-nous and sinus wall to “ring”,“triangle-shaped”enhanced ren-dering.MRV diagnosis are prompted to developing sinus involve-ment with narrow,irregular,and so on.CONCLUSION:The formation of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis associated with diag-nostic MRI and MRV can't only help diagnose disease,but also it is safe and non-invasive,targeted for the development of treatment programs has guiding significance for universal application in fu-ture clinical.
