American university and college%faculty%instructional development
20世纪90年代以来，美国大学生的学习要求更多样，社会对大学教学的问责更强烈，教学的技术化水平更高，大学更重视教学学术、教学过程与教学互动，这对大学教师教学发展提出了新的要求。受上述挑战与要求的推动，美国大学教师教学发展表现出以下六个显著特点：逐步趋向全程化、逐渐走向综合化、基本迈向制度化、部分趋近学科化、努力达成专业化和越来越重视技术化。
20世紀90年代以來，美國大學生的學習要求更多樣，社會對大學教學的問責更彊烈，教學的技術化水平更高，大學更重視教學學術、教學過程與教學互動，這對大學教師教學髮展提齣瞭新的要求。受上述挑戰與要求的推動，美國大學教師教學髮展錶現齣以下六箇顯著特點：逐步趨嚮全程化、逐漸走嚮綜閤化、基本邁嚮製度化、部分趨近學科化、努力達成專業化和越來越重視技術化。
20세기90년대이래，미국대학생적학습요구경다양，사회대대학교학적문책경강렬，교학적기술화수평경고，대학경중시교학학술、교학과정여교학호동，저대대학교사교학발전제출료신적요구。수상술도전여요구적추동，미국대학교사교학발전표현출이하륙개현저특점：축보추향전정화、축점주향종합화、기본매향제도화、부분추근학과화、노력체성전업화화월래월중시기술화。
Since 1990, the demand for knowledge in American university and college students is more multiplied, the accountability of instruction is more intense, and technique-based teaching is has had a higher percentage. More emphases have been put on teaching & learning academic, teaching & learning process and interaction among teaching & learning. These are new demands and challenges for faculty instructional development. Affected by these challenges and requirements, the faculty instructional development of American university and college has gradually become more whole-process, comprehensive, institutionalized, profession-oriented and subject-oriented, and technology-based.
