American university and college%faculty%instructional development
20世纪90年代以来,美国大学生的学习要求更多样,社会对大学教学的问责更强烈,教学的技术化水平更高,大学更重视教学学术、教学过程与教学互动,这对大学教师教学发展提出了新的要求。受上述挑战与要求的推动,美国大学教师教学发展表现出以下六个显著特点:逐步趋向全程化、逐渐走向综合化、基本迈向制度化、部分趋近学科化、努力达成专业化和越来越重视技术化。
20世紀90年代以來,美國大學生的學習要求更多樣,社會對大學教學的問責更彊烈,教學的技術化水平更高,大學更重視教學學術、教學過程與教學互動,這對大學教師教學髮展提齣瞭新的要求。受上述挑戰與要求的推動,美國大學教師教學髮展錶現齣以下六箇顯著特點:逐步趨嚮全程化、逐漸走嚮綜閤化、基本邁嚮製度化、部分趨近學科化、努力達成專業化和越來越重視技術化。

Since 1990, the demand for knowledge in American university and college students is more multiplied, the accountability of instruction is more intense, and technique-based teaching is has had a higher percentage. More emphases have been put on teaching & learning academic, teaching & learning process and interaction among teaching & learning. These are new demands and challenges for faculty instructional development. Affected by these challenges and requirements, the faculty instructional development of American university and college has gradually become more whole-process, comprehensive, institutionalized, profession-oriented and subject-oriented, and technology-based.
