Clusterin%P53%Bax
目的:探讨大肠腺癌进展过程中凋亡相关因子聚集蛋白( Clusterin)、P53及Bax的表达情况与作用,并分析三者之间的相关性。方法利用免疫组织化学法检测Clusterin、P53及Bax蛋白的表达情况,分析其表达结果与临床病理间的关系。结果 Clusterin在大肠腺癌中的表达明显高于大肠正常黏膜,蛋白表达情况与性别及年龄无关,而与肿瘤组织分化程度、有无淋巴结转移、Dukes分期及浸润程度呈正相关。Clusterin与P53的表达呈正相关(r=0.63,P<0.01),与Bax的表达呈负相关(r=-0.58,P<0.01)。 P53与Bax的表达呈负相关(r=-0.65,P<0.01)。结论 Clusterin及P53高表达与Bax的低表达在大肠腺癌的发生过程中起到重要作用。

목적:탐토대장선암진전과정중조망상관인자취집단백( Clusterin)、P53급Bax적표체정황여작용,병분석삼자지간적상관성。방법이용면역조직화학법검측Clusterin、P53급Bax단백적표체정황,분석기표체결과여림상병리간적관계。결과 Clusterin재대장선암중적표체명현고우대장정상점막,단백표체정황여성별급년령무관,이여종류조직분화정도、유무림파결전이、Dukes분기급침윤정도정정상관。Clusterin여P53적표체정정상관(r=0.63,P<0.01),여Bax적표체정부상관(r=-0.58,P<0.01)。 P53여Bax적표체정부상관(r=-0.65,P<0.01)。결론 Clusterin급P53고표체여Bax적저표체재대장선암적발생과정중기도중요작용。
Objective To investigate the expression and correlation studies of Clusterin, P53 and Bax in the develop-ment of colorectal adencocarcinoma. Method The expression of Clusterin, P53 and Bax were detected by immu-nochistochemical method. The correlations of their expression results with clinical pathology were analyzed. Result The expression of Clusterin in colorectal adencocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal colorectal mu-cosa. The expression of Clusterin was not related to the sex and age, but closely related to tumor Differentiation grade, Lymph node metastasis, Dukes stages and invasion depth. The expression of Clusterin was positively correla-ted with the P53 (r=0. 63, P<0. 01), and negatively correlated with the expression of Bax (r=-0. 58, P<0. 01). The expression of P53 was negatively correlated with the Bax (r=-0. 65, P<0. 01). Conclusion The high level ex-pression of Clusterin, P53 and lower expression of Bax may play important roles in the development of the colorectal adencocarcinoma.
