由于炮口冲击波超压测试现场环境比较恶劣,为了提高存储测试系统的可靠性和灵活性,给出了一种基于现场可编程门阵列( FPGA)和无线通信的炮口冲击波测试系统的设计与实施方案。测试系统的激波管动态校准结果表明,系统符合国军标对炮口冲击波超压测试的基本要求。该系统在多次靶场实爆试验中进行了测试试验,都成功捕获到炮口冲击波超压曲线。试验结果表明所设计的炮口冲击波测试系统具有体积小,微功耗,灵活性高,测试效率高等优点,在炮口冲击波测试中具有良好的应用前景。

As site environment of the muzzle blast wave overpressure measurement is very harsh,in order to improve the accuracy and flexibility of test system,a design of muzzle blast test system based on field programmable gate ar-ray( FPGA) and wireless communications is given in the article. Result of dynamic calibration based on shock tube shows that the system meet the basic requirements of military specifications on the muzzle blast wave overpressure test. The system was tested in several live ammunition tests and all obtained the curves of the muzzle blast wave overpressure successfully. The experimental results indicate that the system has the advantages of small volume,low power consumption,flexibility,etc. And has a good application prospect in the muzzle shock wave test.
