以不套袋为对照,研究了不同类型果袋对霞晖8号桃果实品质的影响。结果表明,套袋使果实的外观着色改变,糖酸比提高,风味改善。外黄内黑单层袋、外黄内黑双层袋(采前拆袋)使果面着红色水平提高。不同果袋处理比较,黄色单层袋果实的单果重最大,但红色色泽、果皮花色素苷含量均显著低于对照,综合品质不佳,不适于长江中下游地区晚熟桃品种霞晖8号。白色单层袋果实的单果重、可溶性固性物含量、糖酸比、红色饱和度和色饱和度均显著高于对照,带皮硬度、去皮硬度、亮度值、色调角、a*/b*等与对照差异不显著,果实综合品质较好。外黄内黑单、双层袋(采前拆袋)果实的单果重、外观色泽、花色素苷含量及糖酸比均较对照高,可溶性固性物含量和硬度与对照差异不显著,综合品质优于对照,尤以外黄内黑双层袋更好。

이불투대위대조,연구료불동류형과대대하휘8호도과실품질적영향。결과표명,투대사과실적외관착색개변,당산비제고,풍미개선。외황내흑단층대、외황내흑쌍층대(채전탁대)사과면착홍색수평제고。불동과대처리비교,황색단층대과실적단과중최대,단홍색색택、과피화색소감함량균현저저우대조,종합품질불가,불괄우장강중하유지구만숙도품충하휘8호。백색단층대과실적단과중、가용성고성물함량、당산비、홍색포화도화색포화도균현저고우대조,대피경도、거피경도、량도치、색조각、a*/b*등여대조차이불현저,과실종합품질교호。외황내흑단、쌍층대(채전탁대)과실적단과중、외관색택、화색소감함량급당산비균교대조고,가용성고성물함량화경도여대조차이불현저,종합품질우우대조,우이외황내흑쌍층대경호。
The effect of different bagging treatments on the fruit quality of peach cultivar Xiahui 8 was studied by using no bag-ging as the control.The results showed that bagging treatment could change the pericarpial coloration , raise sugar-acid ratio, and improve fruit flavor .Single-layer bag or double -layer bag with yellow outside and black inside could increase the red level of peri -carp if the bags were removed before harvest .In the bagging treatment with single -layer yellow bags , the single-fruit weight was the highest , but both red color and pericarp anthocyanin content of fruits were significantly lower than those in the control .In the bagging treatment with single -layer white bags, the single-fruit weight, soluble solid content, sugar-acid ratio, red saturability, and chroma of fruits were significantly higher than those in the control; the hardness with pericarp , hardness without pericarp , brightness value, hue angle, and a*/b*value were not significantly different from those in the control;this treatment obtained bet-ter comprehensive fruit quality .In the bagging treatments with single -layer bags or double -layer bags whose color was yellow out-side and black inside , the single-fruit weight, pericarpial coloration , pericarp anthocyanin content and sugar -acid ratio of fruits were higher than those in the control , but the soluble solid content and hardness of fruits were not significantly different from those in the control;the comprehensive quality of fruits in these two bagging treatments ( especially the bagging treatment with double -layer bags) was better than that in the control .
