利用5年连续种植、翻压紫云英的定位试验稻田为平台,研究了紫云英-单季水稻种植体系下土壤结构性能及有机碳含量的变化。研究结果表明:与不施肥对照相比,长期种植翻压紫云英能显著提高土壤有机碳及易氧化有机碳含量,促进土壤大颗粒团聚体的形成,降低土壤容重,增加土壤孔隙度;在4个处理中,翻压紫云英+施用化肥处理的土壤微生物量C、微生物量N含量均最高,土壤活性有机碳比例高达38.5%。

이용5년련속충식、번압자운영적정위시험도전위평태,연구료자운영-단계수도충식체계하토양결구성능급유궤탄함량적변화。연구결과표명:여불시비대조상비,장기충식번압자운영능현저제고토양유궤탄급역양화유궤탄함량,촉진토양대과립단취체적형성,강저토양용중,증가토양공극도;재4개처리중,번압자운영+시용화비처리적토양미생물량C、미생물량N함량균최고,토양활성유궤탄비례고체38.5%。
By using the location test paddy field in which milk vetch ( Astragalus sinicus) was planted and overturned for con-tinuous 5 years as platform , we studied the changes in the properties of surface soil structure and the content of organic carbon in milk vetch -single-cropping rice cultivation system .The results showed that: in comparison with the control ( non-fertiliza-tion) , chronically planting and overturning milk vetch could significantly increase the contents of organic carbon and easily -oxida-tive organic carbon in soil , promote the formation of large-particle aggregations in soil , reduce soil bulk density , and enhance soil porosity;among 4 treatments , the treatment of planting and overturning milk vetch combined with applying chemical fertilizer ob -tained the highest contents of both soil microbial biomass carbon and microbial biomass nitrogen , as well as the highest soil active or-ganic carbon proportion (38.5%).
