High-yielding breeding is always the main target of rice breeding .With the completion of rice genome sequencing , the genetic researches on the quantitative traits related to rice yield have made great progress , and a number of rice yield -related Quantitative Trait Loci ( QTL) have been successfully cloned .This paper briefly summarized the yield -related QTLs which have been cloned in recent years .
