采用超声波辅助法并通过正交试验确定提取工艺参数,结果表明乙醇体积分数75%、料液比1∶65、浸提时间25 min、浸提温度70℃,在此条件下连续浸提三次,总黄酮得率最高。在此工艺参数下对荞麦种子发芽阶段的总黄酮含量进行测定,结果表明在种子发芽到第七天的时候黄酮含量达到最大。

The extraction conditions of flavonoids in buckwheat was studied with ultrasonic assisted method and extraction process parameters determined by orthogonal experiments,the results showed that the volume fraction of 75% ethanol,and solid–liquid ratio 1∶65,extraction time 25min, extraction temperature 70℃,three times ,the yield of total flavonoids was the highest.Under this process parameters,determined flavonoids content of buckwheat at germinating stage,the results showed that flavonoid content was the maximum at the time of buckwheat sprouts on the seventh day.
