目的：探讨干燥综合征伴周围神经病的临床特征及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2013‐04—2014‐07收治的4例干燥综合征伴周围神经病患者的临床资料。结果4例干燥综合征伴发的周围神经病各不相同，1例为周围神经病变，2例为感觉性周围神经病，1例为慢性吉兰‐巴雷综合征。4例患者均以周围神经病变为首发症状，预后不良。结论干燥综合征可伴严重周围神经病，早期可以周围神经病症状为首发症状，而口干、眼干等干燥综合征症状可不明显，故对周围神经病患者进行风湿免疫筛查，早期明确诊断原发病，对患者预后的改善有重要临床意义。
목적：탐토간조종합정반주위신경병적림상특정급치료방법。방법회고성분석아원2013‐04—2014‐07수치적4례간조종합정반주위신경병환자적림상자료。결과4례간조종합정반발적주위신경병각불상동，1례위주위신경병변，2례위감각성주위신경병，1례위만성길란‐파뢰종합정。4례환자균이주위신경병변위수발증상，예후불량。결론간조종합정가반엄중주위신경병，조기가이주위신경병증상위수발증상，이구간、안간등간조종합정증상가불명현，고대주위신경병환자진행풍습면역사사，조기명학진단원발병，대환자예후적개선유중요림상의의。
Objective To investigate the clinical symptoms ,the result of auxiliary examination ,clinical treatment and sta‐tus of Peripheral neuropathy concomitant with primary Sjogren’s syndrome.Methods Retrospective analysis analysis of the clinical data of 4 patients with peripheral neuropathy concomitant with primary Sjogren’s syndrome was performed.Results 4 Peripheral neuropathy concomitant with primary Sjogren’s syndrome were different ,1 for Peripheral cranial Neuropathy ,1 for hyperesthesia ,1 for hypoesthesia ,1 for Chronic Green Barre syndrome. 4 patients’ first symptoms are all peripheral neuropa‐thy and bad prognosis.Conclusion Primary Sjogren’s syndrome can be concomitant with severe peripheral neuropathy ,periph‐eral neuropathy syndrome may be the first symptoms ,but xerostomia and dryness of eye may not be obvious ,so screening rheumatism immunity may diagnose primary disease at early period ,being of great significance.
