目的:检测多药耐药相关蛋白(MRP)1和乳腺癌耐药蛋白(BCRP)在食管鳞癌组织、食管不典型增生组织及正常食管组织中的表达,探讨两者与食管鳞癌多药耐药的关系。方法免疫组化S-P法检测食管鳞癌、不典型增生及正常食管组织中MRP1和BCRP蛋白的表达水平,并比较MRP1及BCRP蛋白与不同临床参数之间的关系。结果 MRP1和BCRP蛋白在食管鳞癌中的阳性表达率显著高于不典型增生及正常食管组织( P<0.05)。食管鳞癌中MRP1和BCRP表达与食管癌细胞分化程度、有无淋巴结转移及浸润深度密切相关( P<0.05)。结论 MRP1和BCRP在食管鳞癌组织中的异常表达可能参与了食管癌多药耐药的形成。

목적:검측다약내약상관단백(MRP)1화유선암내약단백(BCRP)재식관린암조직、식관불전형증생조직급정상식관조직중적표체,탐토량자여식관린암다약내약적관계。방법면역조화S-P법검측식관린암、불전형증생급정상식관조직중MRP1화BCRP단백적표체수평,병비교MRP1급BCRP단백여불동림상삼수지간적관계。결과 MRP1화BCRP단백재식관린암중적양성표체솔현저고우불전형증생급정상식관조직( P<0.05)。식관린암중MRP1화BCRP표체여식관암세포분화정도、유무림파결전이급침윤심도밀절상관( P<0.05)。결론 MRP1화BCRP재식관린암조직중적이상표체가능삼여료식관암다약내약적형성。
Objective To detect the MRP1 and BCRP protein expression level in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma , atypical hy-perplasia tissue and normal tissue and explore their relation to multidrug resistance .Methods The expressions of MRP1 and BCRP protein were detected by immunohistochemistry ( S-P) in 80 cases of esophageal cancer , atypical hyperplasia tissue and normal tissue and their rela-tion to clinical pathologic characteristics of esophageal cancer were explored .Results The positive expression rates of MRP 1 and BCRP pro-tein were significantly higher in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma than those in atypical hyperplasia tissue and normal tissue (P<0.05). MRP1 and BCRP protein expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were significantly related to grade of cell differentiation , lymph node metastasis and infiltration depth (P<0.05).Conclusions Abnormal expressions of MRP1 and BCRP protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma might be involved in the drug resistance of esophageal cancer .
