目的:探讨血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)与黄体生成素(LH)浓度比值在评价围绝经期卵巢功能的价值,以期更好地防治围绝经期妇女疾病,做好预防措施。方法选取2013年1月至2014年1月的42例围绝经期妇女为研究对象,其中45~<56岁23例妇女为研究1组,56~65岁19例妇女为研究2组,另外选择30~44岁22例育龄期妇女为对照组。有月经者根据月经情况,无月经者随机抽取空腹静脉血采用化学发光法测定血清 FSH、LH、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮水平。结果在 FSH、LH、孕酮水平以研究2组最高,分别为(45.78±15.23)U/L、(35.48±18.46)UI/L、(12.58±0.86)nmol/L;在雌二醇水平以对照组最高,为(78.95±28.94)pmol/L。研究1、2组间、研究1组和对照组、研究2组和对照组间 FSH、LH、雌二醇、孕酮值比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);FSH/LH 比值大于1患者的比例,研究2组占68.42%,研究1组占39.13%,对照组占9.09%。3组比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 FSH/LH 血清比值可作为一项评价围绝经期卵巢功能可靠指标。

목적:탐토혈청란포자격소(FSH)여황체생성소(LH)농도비치재평개위절경기란소공능적개치,이기경호지방치위절경기부녀질병,주호예방조시。방법선취2013년1월지2014년1월적42례위절경기부녀위연구대상,기중45~<56세23례부녀위연구1조,56~65세19례부녀위연구2조,령외선택30~44세22례육령기부녀위대조조。유월경자근거월경정황,무월경자수궤추취공복정맥혈채용화학발광법측정혈청 FSH、LH、자이순(E2)、잉동수평。결과재 FSH、LH、잉동수평이연구2조최고,분별위(45.78±15.23)U/L、(35.48±18.46)UI/L、(12.58±0.86)nmol/L;재자이순수평이대조조최고,위(78.95±28.94)pmol/L。연구1、2조간、연구1조화대조조、연구2조화대조조간 FSH、LH、자이순、잉동치비교차이균유통계학의의(P <0.05);FSH/LH 비치대우1환자적비례,연구2조점68.42%,연구1조점39.13%,대조조점9.09%。3조비교차이균유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론 FSH/LH 혈청비치가작위일항평개위절경기란소공능가고지표。
Objective To investigate the FSH/LH ratio in the evaluation of perimenopausal ovarian function in order to conduct better prevention and treatment of perimenopausal women diseases and preventive measures.Methods 42 perimenopausal women were selected as the research subjects from January 2013 to January 2014,among them,23 women aged 45 -<56 years old as the study group 1 and 19 women aged 56-65 years old as the study group 2,other 22 childbearing age women aged 30~44 years were selected as the control group.The subjects with menstruation were according to the menstrual situation.The fasting venous blood in the subjects without menstruation was collected at any time for detecting serum FSH,LH,E2 and P values bythe radioimmunoas-say.Results The serum FSH,LH and P levels in the study group 2 were highest,which were(45.78 ±15.23)U/L,(35.48 ± 18.46)U/L and(12.58±0.86)nmol/L respectively;the E2 level in the control group was highest(78.95±28.94)pmol/L;the ser-um levels of FSH,LH,P and E2 had statistical differences between the study group 1 and the study group 2,between the study group 1 and the control group and between the study group 2 and the control group(P <0.05 );in the FSH / LH ratio > 1,the study group 2 accounted for 68.42%,the study group 1 accounted for 39.13% and the control group accounted for 9.09%,there was statistically significant difference among 3 groups(P <0.05).Conclusion The serum FSH/LH ratio can be used as a reliable index for evaluating the perimenopausal ovarian function.
