目的:分析M RI及C T在中枢神经系统淋巴瘤诊断中的特点及应用价值。方法抽取2010‐01—2013‐01我院神经内科收治的中枢神经系统淋巴瘤患者80例为研究对象,分别采用M RI及C T辅助诊断,并与病理切片结果对比,观察中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的病变特点,并比较两种检查方法诊断的准确率。结果患者肿瘤特点以基底节区、单发、CT呈高密度或等密度、MRI呈T1等信号或偏低信号、中度水肿、边缘清晰为主;患者经MRI与CT 诊断后与病理切片结果相比诊断准确率均较高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的诊断中采用MRI以及CT方法辅助诊断具有较高的准确率,应用价值显著,值得临床应用和普及。

Objective To analyze the performance of MRI and CT features and applications in the central nervous system lymphoma diagnosis. Methods Eighty cases of central nervous system lymphoma patients from January 2010 to January 2013 were extracted and observed in this study. MRI and CT were used to aided diagnosis ,and were compared with pathological bi‐opsy results. The statistical characteristics of lesions in the central nervous system lymphoma were observed and the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods was compared. Results The patients with tumors characterized by basal ganglia ,single ,CT showed a high density or equal density ,MRI showed T1 and other signal or low signal to moderate edema ,sharp edges orien‐ted ;compared with pathologic biopsy results ,MRI and CT all had high diagnostic accuracy ,with no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion In the central nervous system lymphoma diagnosed by MRI and CT has a high accuracy rate and significant value ,which is worthy of further clinical application and popularization.
