目的：观察手术室优质护理在截石位手术中的应用效果。方法80例行截石位手术的患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组40例。两组患者均接受常规护理，实验组同时采取手术室优质护理模式，观察两组术后并发症及护理满意度。结果实验组并发症发生率7.5%明显低于对照组42.5%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组护理满意度97.5%明显高于对照组72.5%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论截石位手术患者实施手术室优质护理方案有利于降低并发症发生率，改善护患关系。
목적：관찰수술실우질호리재절석위수술중적응용효과。방법80례행절석위수술적환자，수궤분위대조조화실험조，매조40례。량조환자균접수상규호리，실험조동시채취수술실우질호리모식，관찰량조술후병발증급호리만의도。결과실험조병발증발생솔7.5%명현저우대조조42.5%，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)；실험조호리만의도97.5%명현고우대조조72.5%，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론절석위수술환자실시수술실우질호리방안유리우강저병발증발생솔，개선호환관계。
Objective To observe the application effect of operating room quality nursing in lithotomy position surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing lithotomy position surgery were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional nursing, while the experimental group received operating room quality nursing pattern. The postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results Incidence of complications in the experimental group was 7.5%, which was obviously lower than 42.5%in the control group. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 97.5%, which was remarkably higher than 72.5%in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of operating room quality nursing in lithotomy position surgery can decrease the incidence of complications and improve nurse-patient relationship.
