目的:研究牛膝多糖(ABPS)对HepG-2荷瘤小鼠肿瘤微环境T细胞亚群、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和肿瘤生长转化因子-β1(TGF-β1)的影响。方法用ABPS给HepG-2荷瘤小鼠灌胃,连续2周后,测定肿瘤重量,并计算抑瘤率,采用流式细胞术检查肿瘤浸润T淋巴细胞亚群的数量,同时采用免疫组化法测肿瘤微环境中VEGF和TGF-β1的表达变化。结果 ABPS可明显抑制肿瘤细胞的生长,提高CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞的百分率,降低VEGF和TGF-β1的阳性细胞表达率。结论 ABPS有一定抗肿瘤活性作用。

목적:연구우슬다당(ABPS)대HepG-2하류소서종류미배경T세포아군、혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)화종류생장전화인자-β1(TGF-β1)적영향。방법용ABPS급HepG-2하류소서관위,련속2주후,측정종류중량,병계산억류솔,채용류식세포술검사종류침윤T림파세포아군적수량,동시채용면역조화법측종류미배경중VEGF화TGF-β1적표체변화。결과 ABPS가명현억제종류세포적생장,제고CD4+、CD8+T림파세포적백분솔,강저VEGF화TGF-β1적양성세포표체솔。결론 ABPS유일정항종류활성작용。
Objective To research the influence of acetyltalatisamine achyranthan (ABPS) on tumor microenvironment T lymphocyte subpopulation, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and tumor transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) in HepG-2 bearing cancer mice. Methods Lavage by ABPS was carried on in HepG-2 bearing cancer mice for 2 weeks. The tumor weight was assessed to calculate the anti-tumor rate. The amount of tumor infiltration T lymphocyte subpopulation was detected by flow cytometry method, and the expression changes of VEGF and TGF-β1 in tumor microenvironment were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results The application of ABPS could significantly suppress the growth of tumor cells, increase the proportion of CD4+ and CD8+T lymphocyte, and decrease the positive expression rate of VEGF and TGF-β1. Conclusion ABPS has a certain effect of antineoplastic activity.
