中风病是当前严重影响中老年人身体健康的高发病，其病因病机复杂，发病急骤，具有致残致死率高等特点，历代医家均提出防大于治的概念。中风病阴虚阳亢证自清代叶天士《临证指南医案》中提出，为中风内因论增添了重要的一笔。自中风病内因论兴起后，历代医家认识多以肝，肾为中风的根本病机，然中风病阴虚阳亢证病机复杂，且常与风，火，痰，瘀，虚相关联，文献中对此类论述尚少，笔者通过研究文献，试从这一角度对其进行浅要分析。
中風病是噹前嚴重影響中老年人身體健康的高髮病，其病因病機複雜，髮病急驟，具有緻殘緻死率高等特點，歷代醫傢均提齣防大于治的概唸。中風病陰虛暘亢證自清代葉天士《臨證指南醫案》中提齣，為中風內因論增添瞭重要的一筆。自中風病內因論興起後，歷代醫傢認識多以肝，腎為中風的根本病機，然中風病陰虛暘亢證病機複雜，且常與風，火，痰，瘀，虛相關聯，文獻中對此類論述尚少，筆者通過研究文獻，試從這一角度對其進行淺要分析。

stroke is a high incidence disease which seriously affected wrinkly health at the present. as its pathogenic factors and pathogenesis complicated and acute onset, associated with high disability and lethality rate, physicians of past generations proposed prevention is more important than treatment. Yin-deficiency and yang-hyperactivity syndrome of stroke is put forward by “clinic Guidline of Medical records”, which wrote by physicians of qing dynasty named Yetianshi. the theory riched stroke syndrome etiology pathogenesis cognition. Yin-deficiency and yang-hyperactivity syndrome of stroke asocial with wind, fire, phlegm and blood stasis frequently, but literature discusses at this aspect is limited, so this paper study on it based on related literatures.
