Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia%Lateral fissure-insular approach microsurgical method
目的:分析经侧裂‐岛叶入路显微外科手术治疗基底节区高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法选取2008‐02—2014‐03我院收治的100例高血压基底节区脑出血患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各50例。对照组给予常规颞上回切开皮层治疗,研究组给予经侧裂-岛叶入路显微外科手术治疗,观察对比2组临床疗效、并发症发生情况。结果研究组临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为8.0%,对照组为36.0%,研究组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论经侧裂-岛叶入路显微外科手术治疗基底节区高血压脑出血,临床疗效显著,损伤小,并发症发生率低,具有临床推广应用价值。

목적:분석경측렬‐도협입로현미외과수술치료기저절구고혈압뇌출혈적림상료효。방법선취2008‐02—2014‐03아원수치적100례고혈압기저절구뇌출혈환자,수궤분위연구조화대조조각50례。대조조급여상규섭상회절개피층치료,연구조급여경측렬-도협입로현미외과수술치료,관찰대비2조림상료효、병발증발생정황。결과연구조림상료효현저우우대조조,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05);연구조병발증발생솔위8.0%,대조조위36.0%,연구조현저저우대조조,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론경측렬-도협입로현미외과수술치료기저절구고혈압뇌출혈,림상료효현저,손상소,병발증발생솔저,구유림상추엄응용개치。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of lateral fissure ‐insular approach microsurgical method on trea‐ting patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia.Methods 100 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemor‐rhage in basal ganglia in our hospital from February 2008 to March 2014 were randomly divided into control group (n=50 , treated with conventional superior temporal gyrus cutting cortex ) and study group (n=50 ,treated with lateral fissure‐insular approach microsurgical method). The curative effect and complications of two groups were compared.Results The curative effect of study group was better than that of control group and the complication rate of study group (8.0% ) was lower than that of control group (36.0% ) ,which had significantly statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Lateral fissure‐insular ap‐proach microsurgical method has better curative effect and lower complication rate on treating patients with hypertensive cere‐bral hemorrhage in basal ganglia ,which is worthy of application.
