目的：研究2型糖尿病患者骨密度的变化。方法年龄≥50岁的男性及绝经后女性2型糖尿病患者及非糖尿病对照组，共计398人，均排除继发性骨质疏松症，运用双能 X 线骨密度仪，对其进行腰椎及髋部骨密度测定。结果男性2型糖尿病组的总髋部骨密度、腰椎骨密度与 t 值低于对照组，而股骨颈骨密度与 t 值、总髋部 t 值与对照组相比均无差异；女性2型糖尿病患者股骨颈、总髋部、腰椎的骨密度与 t 值与对照组相比均无差异；男性2型糖尿病组骨质疏松检出率低于对照组，女性2型糖尿病组骨质疏松检出率与对照组相比无统计学差异。结论男性2型糖尿病患者的总髋部骨密度、腰椎骨密度与 t 值降低；女性2型糖尿病患者的骨密度与 t 值无变化；骨密度检测对2型糖尿病患者骨质疏松的诊断价值不大。
목적：연구2형당뇨병환자골밀도적변화。방법년령≥50세적남성급절경후녀성2형당뇨병환자급비당뇨병대조조，공계398인，균배제계발성골질소송증，운용쌍능 X 선골밀도의，대기진행요추급관부골밀도측정。결과남성2형당뇨병조적총관부골밀도、요추골밀도여 t 치저우대조조，이고골경골밀도여 t 치、총관부 t 치여대조조상비균무차이；녀성2형당뇨병환자고골경、총관부、요추적골밀도여 t 치여대조조상비균무차이；남성2형당뇨병조골질소송검출솔저우대조조，녀성2형당뇨병조골질소송검출솔여대조조상비무통계학차이。결론남성2형당뇨병환자적총관부골밀도、요추골밀도여 t 치강저；녀성2형당뇨병환자적골밀도여 t 치무변화；골밀도검측대2형당뇨병환자골질소송적진단개치불대。
Objective to investigate the change of bone mineral density(BMd) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (t2dM). Method BMd of the lumber spine and the hip was measured using dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry in patients with T2DM and their controls.The subjects include males(≥50 years old) and females(postmenopausal),totally 398 persons. the secondary osteoporosis was excluded. Results 1.compared to their controls, the BMd of the hip , the BMd and t score of the lumber spine was lower in males with t2dM,while the BMd and t score of the femoral neck ,the t score of the hip had no change in males with t2dM. the BMd and t score of the femoral neck, the hip and the lumber spine all had no change in females with t2dM.2.the detection rate of osteoporosis was lower in males with t2dM compared to their controls. While there was no difference of the detection rate of osteoporosis between the group of females with t2dM and the control group. Conclusion 1.the BMd of the hip , the BMd and t score of the lumber spine is decreased in males with t2dM,while the BMd and t score of the femoral neck, the hip and the lumber spine has no change in females with t2dM. 2.the value of BMd to diagnosis osteoporosis in patients with t2dM is little.
