目的：对球周注射联合病毒唑、聚肌胞治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的疗效以及安全性进行观察和比较。方法选取我院在2012年7月份到2013年8月份收治的80例单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者为研究对象，随机分组，两组患者均实施表面麻醉，对照组采用病毒唑进行球周注射，试验组联合病毒唑以及聚肌胞进行球周注射。对两组患者的临床疗效进行观察和比较。结果试验组临床总有效率明显比对照组高，差异明显，有统计学意义（p<0.05）；试验组治愈时间比对照组短，复发率比对照组低，差异明显，有统计学意义（p<0.05）。两组患者均无严重不良反应。结论采用病毒唑联合聚肌胞对单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者进行球周注射，疗效理想，安全可靠，值得普及和应用。

Objective: To observe and compare the efficacy and safety of periocular injection combined with ribavirin and polyinosinic in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis.Methods 80 cases of patients with herpes simplex keratitis admitted in our hospital from July 2013 to august 2014 were selected as the research subject. they were randomly divided into two groups, treated with surface anesthesia. Patients in the control group were given periocular injection with ribavirin, while patients in the experimental group received periocular injection combined with ribavirin and polyinosinic. then the clinical curative effect of two groups were observed and compared.Results The clinical total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant with statistically significance (P < 0.05). the cure time in the experimental group was shorter and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significant difference (P < 0.05). there was no serious adverse reaction in both two group patients.Conclusion the periocular injection combined with ribavirin and polyinosinic in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis can get good curative effect, with safe and reliable advantages. it is worthy of popularization and application.
