目的:对脑静脉及静脉窦血栓患者的 ct 磁共振表现以及漏误诊进行分析。方法本资料来源于我院2011年3月至2013年10月收治的脑静脉及静脉窦血栓患者30例,对其 ct 磁共振表现、漏诊以及误诊进行回归性分析。结果30例脑静脉及静脉窦血栓患者中,6例上矢状窦及横窦内见条状高密度影(20.00%),7例脑实质内见静脉性脑梗死合并脑出血(23.33%),3例位于大脑大静脉(10.00%),2例皮层静脉(6.67%);且30例脑静脉及静脉窦血栓患者中,误诊6例(20.00%),误诊为脑实质炎症2例(6.67%),误诊为肿瘤2例(6.67%),误诊为脑梗死2例(6.67%),漏诊4例(13.33%)。结论对脑静脉及静脉窦血栓患者的 ct 磁共振表现进行研究,能够有效的降低误诊、漏诊现象发生,提高确诊率以及患者的生活质量,值得在临床中推广和应用。

목적:대뇌정맥급정맥두혈전환자적 ct 자공진표현이급루오진진행분석。방법본자료래원우아원2011년3월지2013년10월수치적뇌정맥급정맥두혈전환자30례,대기 ct 자공진표현、루진이급오진진행회귀성분석。결과30례뇌정맥급정맥두혈전환자중,6례상시상두급횡두내견조상고밀도영(20.00%),7례뇌실질내견정맥성뇌경사합병뇌출혈(23.33%),3례위우대뇌대정맥(10.00%),2례피층정맥(6.67%);차30례뇌정맥급정맥두혈전환자중,오진6례(20.00%),오진위뇌실질염증2례(6.67%),오진위종류2례(6.67%),오진위뇌경사2례(6.67%),루진4례(13.33%)。결론대뇌정맥급정맥두혈전환자적 ct 자공진표현진행연구,능구유효적강저오진、루진현상발생,제고학진솔이급환자적생활질량,치득재림상중추엄화응용。
Objective to analyze the ct and Mri manifestations and misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in patients with cerebral venous and venous sinus thrombosis.Methods the data of 30 cases of patients with cerebral venous and venous sinus thrombosis admitted in our hospital from March 2011 to october 2013 were retrospectively analyzed by ct and Mri manifestations and missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis condition.Results in 30 cases of patients with cerebral venous and venous sinus thrombosis, 6 cases of a strip high density in superior sagittal sinus and transverse sinus (20%), 7 cases of cerebral venous infarction complicated with cerebral hemorrhage in brain parenchyma (23.33%), of which 3 cases showed in the great cerebral vein (10%) and 2 cases showed in cortical veins (6.67%). in the 30 cases of cerebral venous and venous sinus thrombosis patients, 6 cases with misdiagnosis (20%), of which 2 cases were misdiagnosed as cerebral parenchymal inflammation (6.67%), 2 cases were misdiagnosed as tumor (6.67%) and 2 cases were misdiagnosed as cerebral infarction (6.67%). also, 4 cases were missed diagnosis(13.33%).Conclusion ct and Mri manifestations of cerebral venous and venous sinus thrombosis were studied, which could effectively reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis and improve the diagnostic rate and quality of life of the patients. it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
