目的：根据卫生部处方点评标准，分析我院门诊处方合理用药情况。方法抽查2013年1月至12月1600张处方，按《医院处方点评管理规范》进行统计、分析。结果结合 Pass 监测结果，开展处方点评，处方合格率明显提高。结论药师每月向临床医师反馈点评结果，逐渐规范处方质量，效果显著。
목적：근거위생부처방점평표준，분석아원문진처방합리용약정황。방법추사2013년1월지12월1600장처방，안《의원처방점평관리규범》진행통계、분석。결과결합 Pass 감측결과，개전처방점평，처방합격솔명현제고。결론약사매월향림상의사반궤점평결과，축점규범처방질량，효과현저。
Objective according to the prescription comment criteria of the ministry of health, analyzing prescription rational medication in outpatient department of our hospital.Methods 1600 prescriptions from January 2013 to december 2013 were randomly selected and statistical analysis was performed according to the standard of hospital prescription comment management.Results combined with the monitoring results of Pass, after prescription comment was performed, the percent of pass in prescription increased significantly.Conclusion Pharmacist gave feedback comments results to clinicians monthly, could gradually standardize the prescription quality, and the effect was remarkable.
