目的:提高门诊药房调配和发药速度,寻找患者排队等候的解决方法。方法2013年1月至12月每月随机抽取300例门诊取药患者作为研究对象;另选取10名门诊药房药师作为研究对象。2013年7月开始实施旨在提高门诊药房调配发药速度的管理措施,管理措施包括:制定有效的药房工作制度,保证药品的充足供应,合理摆放药品,对常用的拆零药品进行预分装,设立退药窗口与咨询窗口,有效处理纠纷,加强药品质量管理。统计每个患者的取药等候时间和药师的调配发药时间。结果实施管理措施后,7月~12月患者取药等候时间、药师调配发药时间分别为(1.96±0.90) min、(0.97±0.23) min,均低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(t=3.515、4.202,P均<0.05)。结论采取有效的管理措施可提高门诊药房调配和发药速度,有利于提高医院的药学服务质量。

목적:제고문진약방조배화발약속도,심조환자배대등후적해결방법。방법2013년1월지12월매월수궤추취300례문진취약환자작위연구대상;령선취10명문진약방약사작위연구대상。2013년7월개시실시지재제고문진약방조배발약속도적관리조시,관리조시포괄:제정유효적약방공작제도,보증약품적충족공응,합리파방약품,대상용적탁령약품진행예분장,설립퇴약창구여자순창구,유효처리규분,가강약품질량관리。통계매개환자적취약등후시간화약사적조배발약시간。결과실시관리조시후,7월~12월환자취약등후시간、약사조배발약시간분별위(1.96±0.90) min、(0.97±0.23) min,균저우관리전,차이유통계학의의(t=3.515、4.202,P균<0.05)。결론채취유효적관리조시가제고문진약방조배화발약속도,유리우제고의원적약학복무질량。
Objective To improve deployment and dispensing speed in outpatient pharmacy to find solutionson patients’ waiting.Methods 300 cases of outpatient dispensary patients were randomly selected per month as research objects from January 2013 to December 2013 10 outpatient pharmacy pharmacists were also selected as research subjects. From July 2013 management measures were implemented. Management measures included: develop effective pharmacy system; ensure adequate supply of medicines; reasonable placed drugs; unbundled drugs commonly used for pre-packing; establishment of drug repercussion counter and consultation counter; effectively deal with disputes; strengthen drug quality control. Dispensary waiting time of patients, deployment and dispensing time of pharmacists were counted.Results After management measures implemented, July to December, dispensary waiting time of patients, deployment and dispensing time of pharmacists were (1.96±0.90) min and (0.97±0.23) min, were lower than the previous administration, the differences were statistically signiifcant (t=3.515, 4.202,P<0.05).Conclusions Effective management measures can improve deployment and dispensing speed in outpatient pharmacy, and help to improve the quality of pharmaceutical service in hospital.
