目的:研究分析青少年精神分裂症患者治疗前后的认知功能损害情况以及抗精神病药治疗对认知功能的影响。方法对60例青少年精神分裂症诊断标准的患者于治疗前及治疗12周后采用华文认知能力量表(CCAS)、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)进行评定;同时调查患者的临床特征。结果青少年精神分裂症患者治疗后患者的CCAS共组记忆、学习能力、推理能力、加工速度、空间/计算等认知功能和言语智商、操作智商以及总智商(IQ)均较治疗前有不同程度提高;治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。经Pearson相关分析,治疗前后IQ的差值与PANSS总分及阳性总分差值呈正相关(P<0.05),而IQ差值与阴性总分及一般症状总分差值无相关性(P>0.05)。结论青少年精神分裂症患者常常存在不同程度的认知功能损害,并与精神症状有一定的相关性,经治疗后患者的认知功能较前有所改善。

Objective To explore the characteristics of cognition function impairment and the treatment inlfuence on cognitive function in patients with ifrst-episode of the adolescent schizophrenia.Method 60 adolescent schizophrenic patients meeting with Chinese classiifcation of mental disorders 3nd version were evaluated with Chinese cognitive ability scale (CCAS) and positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS) before treatment and after 12 weeks treatment. Meanwhile the clinical features were investigated in these patients.Results Adolescent mental treatment of schizophrenic patients after CCAS were memory, learning ability, reasoning ability, processing speed, cognitive functions such as spatial / calculation and VIQ, PIQ and FIQ (IQ) were observed before the treatment, there are different levels; before and after treatment the difference had statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). The Pearson correlation analysis difference between before and after treatment IQ and PANSS total scores and positive score difference was positively correlated (P<0.05). While the IQ difference and negative score and symptom score difference no correlation (P>0.05).Conclusion Adolescent schizophrenia patients often have different levels of cognitive impairment, and there is a certain correlation with psychiatric symptoms, after treatment the cognitive function of patients signiifcantly improved.
