目的：观察和分析微创颅内出血清除治疗高血压性脑出血的护理效果。方法选取2013年5月至2014年5月收治高血压性脑出血患者76例，随机分成两组，每组各38例。对所有病例实施微创颅内血肿的清除，对照组患者在此基础上对患者进行常规护理，观察组患者在对照组的基础上关注病情的变化，监控颅内压和观察引流管，保持患者正常的体位并保证大小便通畅，预防并发症。结果两组在治疗效果上具有明显差异，P＜0.05显著差异具有统计意义。结论通过科学有效的护理能够提升微创清除颅内出血的治疗效果，提升患者的生存率，能够提升脑功能、偏瘫肢体的恢复速度，改善患者的生活质量。
목적：관찰화분석미창로내출혈청제치료고혈압성뇌출혈적호리효과。방법선취2013년5월지2014년5월수치고혈압성뇌출혈환자76례，수궤분성량조，매조각38례。대소유병례실시미창로내혈종적청제，대조조환자재차기출상대환자진행상규호리，관찰조환자재대조조적기출상관주병정적변화，감공로내압화관찰인류관，보지환자정상적체위병보증대소편통창，예방병발증。결과량조재치료효과상구유명현차이，P＜0.05현저차이구유통계의의。결론통과과학유효적호리능구제승미창청제로내출혈적치료효과，제승환자적생존솔，능구제승뇌공능、편탄지체적회복속도，개선환자적생활질량。
Objective To observe and analyze the minimally invasive intracranial hemorrhage clearing nursing effect for the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods In May 2013 to May 2014 treated 76 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups, each group 38 cases, implement minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal for all cases, the control group on the basis of conventional nursing care to patients, the observation group in the control group on the basis of pay attention to the change of the condition, monitoring of intracranial pressure and observe the drainage tube, maintain the normal position and ensure the urine lfow and prevent complications.Results Two groups has signiifcant differences in treatment,P<0.05, significant difference has statistical significance.Conclusion Through the scientific and effective nursing care can improve the curative effect of minimally invasive removal of intracranial hemorrhage and improve the patient's survival rate, can improve brain function, the recovery of hemiplegic limbs speed, improve the patient's quality of life.
