目的：研究临床路径(CP)在无痛人工流产手术中应用对非意愿妊娠率的影响。方法将2011年1月至2011年3月1000例在青岛海慈医疗集团青岛海慈医院妇科门诊行无痛人流手术的患者，随机分为两组，其中实验组实施临床路径管理，通过回访调查观察两组患者的满意度、再次非意愿妊娠率。结果两组患者均顺利完成了人流术，并发症分别为对照组1例，实验组1例，医疗纠纷分别为对照组1例，实验组0例，患者满意度达分别为对照组89%，实验组100%。18个月再次非意愿妊娠率分别为对照组10%，实验组3%，P＜0.05，有统计学意义。结论临床路径应用于无痛人流手术能提高医疗安全，规范医护行为，对有效降低非意愿妊娠率有良好的预防作用，在临床实践中均切实可行。

Objective To study the inlfuence on unintended pregnancy rate with applying clinical pathway to painless artiifcial abortion area.Methods 1000 painless artiifcial abortion cases, who were in the clinic gynecology department of Qingdao Hiser hospital, Qingdao Hiser medical group, during January 2011 to March 2011, were divided into two groups randomly. Experimental group cases take the painless artiifcial abortion clinical pathway arrangement, and control group cases were done as usual. Each group member was reviewed to research the degree of satisfaction and the unintended pregnancy rate.Results Every cases was completed smoothly. Each group had 1 case with complication. 1 tangle occurred in the control group and the experimental group had none. The degree of satisfaction in experimental group was 100%, while it was 89% in control group. Unintended pregnancy rate was 3% in experimental group, 10% in control group.Conclusion Applying clinical pathway to painless artiifcial abortion area can improve the medical security, standard medical behavior, and reduce unintended pregnancy rate wel, CP are feasible in painless artiifcial abortion clinical practice.
