目的:分析阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法收集我院2009年1月至2010年10月期间诊治的支原体肺炎患儿97例为研究对象,以抛硬币的方式分为试验组(46)与对照组(51例),对照组患者阿奇霉素持续静脉滴注治疗,试验组患者阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果、住院时间及不良反应发生情况进行分析对比。结果研究结果显示,试验组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎具有良好的临床疗效,能有效提高治疗效果缩短住院时间,降低不良反应发生率,值得在临床应用上推广。

목적:분석아기매소서관요법치료소인지원체폐염적림상료효화안전성。방법수집아원2009년1월지2010년10월기간진치적지원체폐염환인97례위연구대상,이포경폐적방식분위시험조(46)여대조조(51례),대조조환자아기매소지속정맥적주치료,시험조환자아기매소서관요법치료,대량조환자적치료효과、주원시간급불량반응발생정황진행분석대비。결과연구결과현시,시험조치료효과명현우우대조조(P<0.05),주원시간명현단우대조조(P<0.05),불량반응발생솔명현저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론아기매소서관요법치료소인지원체폐염구유량호적림상료효,능유효제고치료효과축단주원시간,강저불량반응발생솔,치득재림상응용상추엄。
Objective To analyze the efifcacy and safety of azithromycin sequential therapy on children mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods Collecting 97 mycoplasma pneumonia children from our hospital from January 2009 to October 2010, stochastically dividing them into experimental group(46) and control group(51), the control group was treated by continuous intravenous infusion and the experimental group was treated by azithromycin sequential therapy. Compare and analyze the two groups’ treatment efifcacy, hospital stay and adverse reaction incidence.Results The research result shows the treatment efifcacy of the experimental group was obviously higher than control group (P<0.05), but its hospital stay time was obviously shorter (P<0.05) and its adverse reaction incidence was obviously lower.Conclusion Azithromycin sequential therapy has a good clinic efifcacy on treating children mycoplasma pneumonia, which can effectively improve the treatment efifcacy shorten hospital stay time and decrease the adverse reaction incidence.
