目的：探讨儿童脑积水三脑室底造瘘术后的重症监护室护理要点。方法回顾我院自2009年1月至今采用脑室镜行三脑室底造瘘术治疗儿童脑积水共23例的临床资料。总结重症监护室护理，包括心理护理和健康宣教，安全护理，气道护理及术后并发症的观察和护理。结果23例三脑室造瘘手术患儿均顺利度过术后重症监护期，安全返回专科病房。结论脑积水患儿行三脑室底造瘘术后，认真细致并且专科性明确的重症监护室护理是该术式围手术期护理的关键，可提高手术的成功率。

objective Discussion of hydrocephalus in children points after the three ventriculostomy in the ICU nursing. method In our hospital from 2009 January up to now with ventriculoscope for the floor of the three ventricle fistulization in treatment of clinical data of 23 cases of hydrocephalus in children. Summary of ICU care, including psychological care and health education, safety nursing, observation and nursing of airway nursing and postoperative complications. result 23 cases of three ventriculostomy operation were smoothly through the postoperative intensive care period, safety and return specialist ward. conculsion hydrocephalus in children after the three ventriculostomy, careful y and special clear ICU nursing is the key of peri operation period nursing of the operation, which can improve the success rate of operation.
