目的:探讨不同的局部给药方案对细菌性阴道病的治疗效果。方法将160例BV患者随机分成四组给予阴道局部用药,A组予甲硝唑400mgQd×7d;B组予硝呋太尔250mgQd×7d;C组予甲硝唑400mgQd×7d后,予乳杆菌250mgQd×10d;D组予硝呋太尔250mgQd×7d后,予乳杆菌250mgQd×10d。分别于停药3天及停药2月后复查。结果各组短期有效率均高于75%,A、B、C三组有效率无明显差异;D组有效率明显高于其余三组,差异有统计学意义。A组复发率则明显高于其余三组(P<0.05)。A组无明显阴道微生态环境改善作用;B、C组具有一定的阴道微生态环境改善作用,且作用相近,两次复查差异不大。D组改善作用明显优于其余三组( P<0.05)。结论硝呋太尔联合乳杆菌方案治疗B V,在有效率、复发率及阴道微生态环境调整方面均具有明显优势。单纯应用硝呋太尔作用与甲硝唑联合乳杆菌作用相近,亦有一定的阴道微生态环境改善作用,在有效率及复发率方面亦优于单用甲硝唑。单纯应用甲硝唑,无明显阴道微生态环境改善作用。

목적:탐토불동적국부급약방안대세균성음도병적치료효과。방법장160례BV환자수궤분성사조급여음도국부용약,A조여갑초서400mgQd×7d;B조여초부태이250mgQd×7d;C조여갑초서400mgQd×7d후,여유간균250mgQd×10d;D조여초부태이250mgQd×7d후,여유간균250mgQd×10d。분별우정약3천급정약2월후복사。결과각조단기유효솔균고우75%,A、B、C삼조유효솔무명현차이;D조유효솔명현고우기여삼조,차이유통계학의의。A조복발솔칙명현고우기여삼조(P<0.05)。A조무명현음도미생태배경개선작용;B、C조구유일정적음도미생태배경개선작용,차작용상근,량차복사차이불대。D조개선작용명현우우기여삼조( P<0.05)。결론초부태이연합유간균방안치료B V,재유효솔、복발솔급음도미생태배경조정방면균구유명현우세。단순응용초부태이작용여갑초서연합유간균작용상근,역유일정적음도미생태배경개선작용,재유효솔급복발솔방면역우우단용갑초서。단순응용갑초서,무명현음도미생태배경개선작용。
Objective: To explore the effects of different local therapeutic regimens in treating bacterial vaginosis. Methods: 160 cases of BV patients were randomly divided into four groups received the partial vaginal medication treatment, group A was treated with metronidazole 400mgQd×7d; group B was treated with Nifuratel 250mgQd×7d; group C was treated with metronidazole 400mgQd×7d first and then Lactobacil us 250mgQd×10d; group D was treated with Nifuratel 250mgQd×7d and then treated with Lactobacil us 250mgQd×10d. We evaluated the curative effects after stopping treatment for 3 days and two months. Result: The short-term effective rates of al groups were higher than 75%. The effective rate showed no differences among groups A,B and C, however, D group had higher efficiency than the other three groups. The recurrence rate of A group was significantly higher than the other three groups (P<0.05). The group A had no obvious vaginal micro ecological environment improvement effect, but group B and C had a certain degree improvement of vaginal micro ecological environment, and the effects of the group B and C were similar. The group D improved obviously compared with the other three groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Nifuratel combined with Lactobacil us in treatment of BV had obvious advantages in efficient rate, recurrence rate and the vaginal micro ecological environment adjustment. The simple application of Nifuratel was similar to the effect of metronidazole combined with Lactobacil us, and it also had a certain role in the improvement of vaginal micro ecological environment. The simple application of Nifuratel was also better than single use of metronidazole in the efficiency and the recurrence rate. The simple application of metronidazole had no obvious vaginal micro ecological environment improvement.
