Recently, with the rapid development of market economy in China, the number of civil construction enginee-ring continues to increase. In this case, construction manag-ement and quality control of housing construction wil become more and more important. In this paper, combined with the current management status of house building engineering, so-me problems were analyzed and finished, and how to improve quality management was discussed in detail.
