In recent years, due to heavy rain caused by water logging, the urban development was seriously affected. This paper analyzed the causes of water logging, and discussed the effective measures to strengthen the management of urban dr-ainage planning. The author aimed to provide theoretical re-ference to improve the urban drainage system, to solve urban rainstorm and water logging problems.
