目的：探讨脑血管造影检查（ DSA）对青年脑卒中诊断的临床意义。方法选取2010年8月－2012年12月我院神经内科住院的青年脑卒中患者完成DSA检查80例，分析脑血管造影结果与青年脑卒中的相关性。结果青年脑卒中患者DSA检查的总阳性率为61．25％，常见及特有的危险因素均影响青年脑卒中的发生发展，脑血管造影检查对确诊及进一步介入或选择手术治疗提供了依据。结论 DSA 检查对青年脑卒中诊断具有重要的临床意义。
목적：탐토뇌혈관조영검사（ DSA）대청년뇌졸중진단적림상의의。방법선취2010년8월－2012년12월아원신경내과주원적청년뇌졸중환자완성DSA검사80례，분석뇌혈관조영결과여청년뇌졸중적상관성。결과청년뇌졸중환자DSA검사적총양성솔위61．25％，상견급특유적위험인소균영향청년뇌졸중적발생발전，뇌혈관조영검사대학진급진일보개입혹선택수술치료제공료의거。결론 DSA 검사대청년뇌졸중진단구유중요적림상의의。
Objective To study the clinical significance of digital subtract angiography ( DSA) for the diagnosis of stroke of youth.Methods 80 cases of young stroke patients who had completed DSA in the period from August 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital were selected .Correlation of the results of cerebral angiography with young stroke was analyzed .Results The total positive rate of the young stroke patients'DSA was 61.25%.The common and specific risk factors both affected the devel-opment of young stroke .Cerebral angiography provided the basis for the diagnosis and selection for further interventional or sur -gical treatment .Conclusion DSA examination for young stroke diagnosis has important clinical significance .
