目的：探讨行膝关节单髁置换治疗单间室膝关节骨关节炎的早期疗效。方法本资料8例内侧单间室膝关节骨关节炎患者行单髁膝关节置换术，对术前和随访时HSS评分，最大关节活动度及术后膝关节疼痛缓解情况进行评价。结果 HSS评分，关节疼痛，最大关节活动度均较术前有显著改善。结论单髁膝关节置换治疗单间室膝关节骨关节炎的疗效可靠，在严格把握手术适应证的条件下，人工单髁置换术治疗单间室膝关节骨关节炎是创伤小、出血少、效果好的治疗方法。
목적：탐토행슬관절단과치환치료단간실슬관절골관절염적조기료효。방법본자료8례내측단간실슬관절골관절염환자행단과슬관절치환술，대술전화수방시HSS평분，최대관절활동도급술후슬관절동통완해정황진행평개。결과 HSS평분，관절동통，최대관절활동도균교술전유현저개선。결론단과슬관절치환치료단간실슬관절골관절염적료효가고，재엄격파악수술괄응증적조건하，인공단과치환술치료단간실슬관절골관절염시창상소、출혈소、효과호적치료방법。
Objective To discuss cases performed by unicompartmental knee arthroplasty ( UKA) in order to assess the early outcome.Methods 8 cases of knee osteoarthritis in single compartment were treated by UKA .The HSS score,maximum range of motion and degree of pain relief were used to evaluate the outcomes of UKA at the time of preoperation and follow -up respectively.Results The HSS score, maximum range of motion and pain relief were significant improved in all cases .Con-clusion Unicompartment knee arthroplasty is an effective procedure for unicompartmental knee osteoarthritis .If surgical indi-cations are strictly observed ,unicompartment knee arthroplasty is considered to be an effective treatment for osteoarthritis in single compartment with less trauma and bleeding and has a good clinical outcome .
