目的：了解慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者红细胞分布宽度（RDW）与N YHA心功能分级之间的关系。方法对527例CHF患者的临床症状、实验室检查和心脏超声指标，比较心功能Ⅱ级－Ⅳ级患者的RDW、生化指标及左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径。结果 RDW随着心功能分级增高呈逐渐增高的趋势，与心功能严重度呈正相关，级别高的CHF患者RDW数值显著高于级别低的（P＜0.101）。结论 RDW增高与CHF患者的心功能分级有关。
목적：료해만성심력쇠갈（CHF）환자홍세포분포관도（RDW）여N YHA심공능분급지간적관계。방법대527례CHF환자적림상증상、실험실검사화심장초성지표，비교심공능Ⅱ급－Ⅳ급환자적RDW、생화지표급좌실사혈분수、좌실서장말기내경。결과 RDW수착심공능분급증고정축점증고적추세，여심공능엄중도정정상관，급별고적CHF환자RDW수치현저고우급별저적（P＜0.101）。결론 RDW증고여CHF환자적심공능분급유관。
Objective To investigate the correlation between red blood cell distribution width ( RDW) and NYHA classifi-cation of cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods 527 cases of patients with CHF were en-rolled.Their clinical symptoms, laboratory examinations and echocardiography were determined .The differences of plasma lev-els of RDW,biochemical index,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD) were compared between patients with NYHA class II and those with NYHA class III .Results With the increase of NYHA grade,RDW concomitantly increased .The increase of RDW level was correlated positively with the degree of heart function damage.The level of RDW of patients with high NYHA class was significantly higher than that of the patients with low NYHA class(P<0.01).Conclusion This phenomenon indicates that RDW level increase may be related to the heart function grade of NYHA in patients with CHF .
