目的：了解对糖耐量异常（ IGT）人群进行糖尿病健康教育的意义并探讨合理教育模式。方法采用单盲对照法，将2011年8月－11月就诊于蚌埠市第三人民医院门诊及在社区开展糖尿病健康教育筛查出的120例IGT人群，根据其本人意愿是否参加健康教育分为教育组和对照组，对教育组进行为期1年的糖尿病健康教育，并对2组人群1年前后的体重指数（BMI）、腰围（WC）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（ HbA1c）等观察指标进行评价。结果糖尿病健康教育后，教育组各观察指标均下降，与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），同时教育组的糖尿病（DM）转化率下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对IGT人群进行进行系统的健康教育、培养健康的生活方式、通过饮食和运动疗法、减轻体重，对于防控糖尿病，减少IGT人群向DM患者转归有重要意义。
목적：료해대당내량이상（ IGT）인군진행당뇨병건강교육적의의병탐토합리교육모식。방법채용단맹대조법，장2011년8월－11월취진우방부시제삼인민의원문진급재사구개전당뇨병건강교육사사출적120례IGT인군，근거기본인의원시부삼가건강교육분위교육조화대조조，대교육조진행위기1년적당뇨병건강교육，병대2조인군1년전후적체중지수（BMI）、요위（WC）、수축압（SBP）、서장압（DBP）、공복혈당（FPG）、찬후2h혈당（2hPG）、당화혈홍단백（ HbA1c）등관찰지표진행평개。결과당뇨병건강교육후，교육조각관찰지표균하강，여대조조상비，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05），동시교육조적당뇨병（DM）전화솔하강，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론대IGT인군진행진행계통적건강교육、배양건강적생활방식、통과음식화운동요법、감경체중，대우방공당뇨병，감소IGT인군향DM환자전귀유중요의의。
Objective To understand the clinical significance of diabetes education on patients with impaired glucose tol -erance(IGT) and discuss the reasonable teaching model .Methods 120 IGT patients,who had received treatment in Bengbu Third People's Hospital or had been screened by community diabetes health education from August 2011 to November 2011, were chosen and divided into an education group and a control group according to their willingness .A one-year diabetes health education was conducted for the education group .Observation indexes of the cases in the 2 groups before and after the year were evaluated,including BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,FPG,2hPG and HbA1c.Results Observation indexes in the education group decreased after the diabetes health education .Compared with the control group ,the difference was statistically significant .The conversion rate of diabetes mellitus ( DM ) declined and the difference was statistically significant .Conclusion Systematic health education ,healthy lifestyle ,scientific diet plan ,exercise therapy and weight loss contribute a great deal to preventing and controlling diabetes ,and reducing the possibility from IGT to DM outcomes .
