带有齿轮箱轴系的扭振模型简化时,对于齿轮副的简化有两种方法:一是把齿轮副按照速比关系合并为一个转动惯量;二是将齿轮副单个齿轮分别简化为独立的转动惯量。第二种方法中两啮合齿轮之间扭转刚度如何取值?有文章将其取值为无穷大,通过研究,作者认为这样是不对的。本文引入齿轮副扭转刚度的概念,将其定义为两啮合齿轮惯量之间的扭转刚度。目前对于齿轮副扭转刚度的计算大都是基于二维有限元模型的方法,本文通过对齿轮受力情况的分析和对齿轮副啮合刚度的研究,得到了渐开线齿轮副扭转刚度的理论计算方法,将其结果与有限元结果进行比较,得到理论计算方法是正确可靠的结论。

During the procedure to get the torsional vibration model of the gear box shafting, there are two different methods to deal with the gear pair: First, the gears being combined to an inertia, the second method is to simplify every single gear as separate inertia. And about the torsional vibration stiffness of the gear pair, some papers said it would be infinite while in this paper, such procedure is wrong. In this paper, the torsional stiffness of tooth pair is contained, which is defined as the torsional vibration stiffness between two meshing gears. From now on, most calculation of the tooth pair torsional stiffness based on the two dimension finite element model. Here, By the analysis of the force status between two involutes spur gears, the theoretical equation to calculate the torsional stiffness of tooth pair is obtained, its results are compared with ANASYS software’s calculations, which verified the correctness of the theoretical equation.
