From two aspects of interface definition and working principle, the MHAL and MOCB released by the JTRS JPEO were analyzed. Moreover, taking DSP processor as an example, the implementment scheme of MHAL and MOCB was given. Finally, these two standards were compared from three different aspects, i. e. , characteristic, advantage and application condition.
