采用液相共沉积法合成了 RuO2/AC 复合电极材料,用扫描电镜对不同导电剂材料的形貌进行表征,进而通过循环伏安法、恒流充放电、交流阻抗谱研究了不同导电剂对RuO2/AC 复合电极材料超级电容器性能的影响.结果表明,在38%(质量分数)的H2 SO4溶液中,电流密度为2 mA/cm2,以 CNTs、AB、KS6、Super P Li 为导电剂时比容量和 ESR 分别为689,556,574和512 F/g,0.19,0.36,0.32和0.41Ω.

Amorphous hydrous ruthenium oxide/active carbon composite electrode materials prepared by the liq-uid phase codeposition.The morphology of the conductive agents were investigated by SEM.Based on the cyclic voltammetry,AC impedance spectroscopy and constant current charge-discharge techniques,the performances of the RuO2/AC composite electrodes materials which add different conductive agent are investigated.The re-sults show that when CNTs,AB,KS6 and Super P Li were used as conductive agent,the materials specific ca-pacitance of RuO2/AC composite electrodes was 689,556,574 and 512 F/g,respectively,the equivalent series resistance was 0.19,0.36,0.32 and 0.41 Ω,measured at 5 mV/s in 38% (mass fraction)H2SO4 and under the current density of 2 mA/cm2 .
