制备了一种环氧低温胶粘剂，并进行了性能测试。研制的低温环氧树脂胶粘剂室温、液氮温度拉剪强度≥17 MPa，有较高的强度；室温断裂伸长率大于16%，液氮温度断裂伸长率0.7%~1.4%，有良好的韧性；对于多种基材有较高的粘接强度。经液氮温度和室温10个循环试验，不开裂、不脱粘，具有良好的耐低温性能和耐温度交变性能。胶粘剂已在多种产品中使用。
製備瞭一種環氧低溫膠粘劑，併進行瞭性能測試。研製的低溫環氧樹脂膠粘劑室溫、液氮溫度拉剪彊度≥17 MPa，有較高的彊度；室溫斷裂伸長率大于16%，液氮溫度斷裂伸長率0.7%~1.4%，有良好的韌性；對于多種基材有較高的粘接彊度。經液氮溫度和室溫10箇循環試驗，不開裂、不脫粘，具有良好的耐低溫性能和耐溫度交變性能。膠粘劑已在多種產品中使用。

A type of epoxy cryogenic adhesive was synthesized and the properties were measured.The lap shear strengths of adhesive were larger than or equal to 17 MPa at the temperature range of 20 to minus 253℃.The elongations at break were 16% at room temperature and 0.7-1.4 % at minus 253℃,respectively.The adhesive has excellent bonding strengths to many adherands.The temperature circulation tests from rt. to -198℃ showed that the adhesive had good temperature alternate resistant property.The adhesive has been used to make aerospace products.
