目的：分析护理干预对于缓解突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者焦虑的影响。方法：选取2013年3月－2014年4月间我院收治的突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者59例，分为两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取针对性的护理干预，对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组焦虑评分（41．30±3．17）与对照组（48．92±3．55）相比明显较低，患者焦虑状态改善明显，两组护理效果差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：突发性耳聋伴而耳鸣患者应用护理干预可以有效缓解患者焦虑情绪，改善不良状态，行之有效，值得推广。

목적：분석호리간예대우완해돌발성이롱반이명환자초필적영향。방법：선취2013년3월－2014년4월간아원수치적돌발성이롱반이명환자59례，분위량조。대조조채취상규호리，관찰조채취침대성적호리간예，대비량조호리효과。결과：관찰조초필평분（41．30±3．17）여대조조（48．92±3．55）상비명현교저，환자초필상태개선명현，량조호리효과차이현저，유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：돌발성이롱반이이명환자응용호리간예가이유효완해환자초필정서，개선불량상태，행지유효，치득추엄。
Objective:to analysis the effect of nursing intervention to relieve the anxiety of patients with sudden deafness tinnitus. Methods:from 2013 March -2014 April treated in our hospital from sudden deafness with 59 tinnitus patients,divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing care,observation group adopt targeted nursing intervention,compared two groups of nursing effect. Results:in the observation group,the score of anxiety (41. 30+3. 17)and control group (48. 92 +3. 55)compared to a significantly lower anxiety status of the patients obviously improved,differences in nursing effect of the two groups was significant,with statistical significance (P<0. 05 ). Conclusion:sudden deafness and tinnitus patients with the application of nursing inter-vention can effectively alleviate the anxiety of patients and improve the bad state,effective,worthy of promotion.
