目的：研究经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊、阑尾切除术的可行性。方法：为32例胆囊、阑尾疾病患者行经脐腹腔镜胆囊、阑尾切除术，应用动脉转流胶管建立操作通道，完成胆囊、阑尾切除术。结果：32例手术均获成功。平均手术时间64min。无出血、胆漏、肠瘘等并发症发生。结论：经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊、阑尾切除术安全可行，并发症少，具有很好的应用前景。
目的：研究經臍單孔腹腔鏡膽囊、闌尾切除術的可行性。方法：為32例膽囊、闌尾疾病患者行經臍腹腔鏡膽囊、闌尾切除術，應用動脈轉流膠管建立操作通道，完成膽囊、闌尾切除術。結果：32例手術均穫成功。平均手術時間64min。無齣血、膽漏、腸瘺等併髮癥髮生。結論：經臍單孔腹腔鏡膽囊、闌尾切除術安全可行，併髮癥少，具有很好的應用前景。
목적：연구경제단공복강경담낭、란미절제술적가행성。방법：위32례담낭、란미질병환자행경제복강경담낭、란미절제술，응용동맥전류효관건립조작통도，완성담낭、란미절제술。결과：32례수술균획성공。평균수술시간64min。무출혈、담루、장루등병발증발생。결론：경제단공복강경담낭、란미절제술안전가행，병발증소，구유흔호적응용전경。
Objective:To explore the feasibility of transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with appendectomy. Methods:Thirty-two patients with gallbladder pathologies and appendicitis were enrolled in this study . All of them were treated with transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with appendectomy with arterial perfusion cannula as operative tunnel . Results:All operations were successfully performed . The mean operative time was 64min . No post operative bleeding ,bile leakage or intestinal leakage occurred. Conclusions:Transumbilical single port laparoscopic chole-cystectomy combined with appendectomy is a safe and feasible operation,it has less complication and commendable application prospect.
