目的：探讨空针管负压引流在基层骨科用于渗液伤口的疗效。方法：以87例伤口渗液患者为对象，采用随机对照研究，其中45例使用空针管负压引流（研究组），42例采用普通引流（对照组），观察治疗效果及住院时间。结果：实验组伤口愈合时间为7－16天，平均10天，对照组伤口愈合时间为10－28天，平均18天，经t检验2组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：空针管负压引流可明显缩短渗液伤口的愈合时间，对渗液伤口的治疗有积极意义。

목적：탐토공침관부압인류재기층골과용우삼액상구적료효。방법：이87례상구삼액환자위대상，채용수궤대조연구，기중45례사용공침관부압인류（연구조），42례채용보통인류（대조조），관찰치료효과급주원시간。결과：실험조상구유합시간위7－16천，평균10천，대조조상구유합시간위10－28천，평균18천，경t검험2조간차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：공침관부압인류가명현축단삼액상구적유합시간，대삼액상구적치료유적겁의의。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of empty needle tubing negative pressure drainage oozing wound at the grassroots level for Department of orthopedics. Methods:300 cases of patients with wound fluid as the object,using random control study,including 158 cases of the use of the empty needle tubing negative pressure drainage (Study Group),142 patients with general drainage (control group),observed the effect of treatment and hos-pitalization time. Results:in the experimental group,the wound healing time was 7-16 days,average 10 days,control group,wound healing time was 10-28 days,average 18 days,inspection by T difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion:the needle tubing negative pressure drainage can significantly shorten the oozing wound healing time,and have positive significance for the treatment of liquid penetration wound.
