以敌敌畏、毒死蜱和辛硫磷3种常规有机磷杀虫剂为材料,通过滤纸药膜触杀、三角瓶密闭熏蒸和微量喷雾等方法,研究了其对烟草甲成虫和幼虫的防治效果。结果表明,以敌敌畏的触杀、熏蒸和综合防治效果最好;从综合防效来看,310 mg/kg 敌敌畏处理2 d 后,烟草甲成虫的校正死亡率达86.9%,而处理6 d 后,对烟草甲幼虫的校正死亡率为85.7%,成虫羽化数仅为0.4头,对幼虫的种群抑制率可达96.2%。其次是毒死蜱,其熏杀效果和综合防效均优于辛硫磷,但其触杀效果要差于辛硫磷;且毒死蜱对烟草甲成虫的防治效果较好,但对幼虫的防效较差。

The controleffects of the three organophosphorus insecticides( dichlorvos,chlorpyrifos and phoxim )againstL.serricorne w ere tested by the m ethod ofm em brane filtercontacting ,fum igantin sealed flask and little spray.R esults show ed thatofthe three insecticides,the dichlorvos had the besteffects in contacting ,stifling and com prehensive controlling.A fter2 days the corrected m ortality ofadultpesttreated w ith dichlorvos forcontactreached 86.9% ,and the corrected m ortality oflarva w as 85.7% after6 days .The eclosion rate ofadultw as only 0.4% ,w ith 96.2% inhibition rate againstlarvalgrow ing .In the experim ent,the chlorpyrifos had a betterperform ance than phoxim in stifling and com prehensive controlling, but had less efficiency in contacting than latter. Further m ore, there w as a better control efficiency of chlorpyrifoson adultpestthan on larval.
