采用正交试验设计方法,研究有机肥比例、种植密度、磷酸二氢钾处理次数等主要栽培措施对杭菊产量、营养品质和药用品质的影响,旨在寻求杭菊在河南郑州中等肥力条件下的最优栽培措施组合。结果表明,3个因素对菊花各项指标综合加权评分值的影响由大到小排列依次为 A有机肥比例>B 种植密度>C 磷酸二氢钾处理次数;最优组合为有机肥比例75%、种植密度52500株/hm2、磷酸二氢钾处理3次;在此条件下,大洋菊的平均产量为2185.65 kg/hm2,营养成分和药用成分含量较协调。这表明该栽培措施非常适宜于河南地区中等肥力土壤条件下杭菊的种植。

To findout the optim alcultivation measures of high-yield and quality for C. morifolium that planted on the medium fertility in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, the effects of main cultivation measures(the proportion of organic fertilizer, the planting density and the KH2PO4 treatment times) on the C. morifolium yield, nutritional quality and medicinalquality were researched by the method oforthogonal experiment. The results showed that the three factors had different degree influences on the C. morifolium, in an order as follows: the proportion of organic fertilizer>the planting density>the KH2PO4 treatm ent?times. The optim alcom bination was 75% of organic fertilizer, 52500 plants per hectare and 3 times treatment by KH2PO4. Under this condition, the average yield of C. morifolium could reach 2185. 65 kilogram perhectare and the content of the nutritionalcom ponentand the medicinalcom ponentw asharm onious. Finally, it indicated that this measure was fairly suitable to plant C. morifolium underthe medium fertilize soilin Henan area.
