为了解长沙市城区家庭观赏蔬菜的种植现状，采用调查问卷及提纲访谈的方式，随机对长沙市城区的200名居民进行了调查。结果显示，73.44%的调查对象对观赏蔬菜的概念有所了解，25.52%的居民有观赏蔬菜种植经历，75.52%的调查对象表示愿意种植观赏蔬菜；目前长沙的观赏蔬菜主要种植品种有辣椒、黄瓜、番茄、葱等。根据调查结果还分析了家庭观赏蔬菜发展中存在的问题，并提出了有利于都市家庭观赏蔬菜稳健发展的几点建议。

A survey covering 200 people have been m ade by the w ays ofquestionnaire and outline interview to getthe detailofornam ental vegetable cultivation in C hangsha city.R esultsshow ed that73.44% ofthem had a good know ledge ofornam entalvegetables,25.52% ofthem had experiences in ornam ental vegetables cultivation,m ainly planting capsicum ,cucum ber,tom ato,onion etc.In addition,75.52% of the respondents w ere w illing to plant ornam ental vegetables. A ccording to the survey there w ere problem s in the developm ent of household ornam entalvegetablesplanting,such asforpoorcultivation techniques,highly guidance dependent,a shortand uncontrollable period forview and a terrible view w ithoutcollocation or design.The paper also gave som e suggestions to steadily develop the ornam ental vegetables in urban household.
