针对拖拉机变速器同步器接合过程中振动、冲击及控制延迟等问题,以某拖拉机变速器同步器为研究对象,建立变速器同步器动态接合及其控制模型,并进行仿真分析。研究结果表明,在同步锁环未锁定时,锥形离合器产生负载力矩作用在高速旋转的接合套和齿轮上,使其转速不断降低,当同步锁环与待接合齿轮的锁止角相互接触时,由于在两接触面会产生摩擦阻力矩,使得两者的转速不断降低,逐渐达到同步转速;干式离合器同步器接合持续时间及波动比湿式离合器大,且闭环控制同步器接合持续时间及波动也大于开环控制。
針對拖拉機變速器同步器接閤過程中振動、遲擊及控製延遲等問題,以某拖拉機變速器同步器為研究對象,建立變速器同步器動態接閤及其控製模型,併進行倣真分析。研究結果錶明,在同步鎖環未鎖定時,錐形離閤器產生負載力矩作用在高速鏇轉的接閤套和齒輪上,使其轉速不斷降低,噹同步鎖環與待接閤齒輪的鎖止角相互接觸時,由于在兩接觸麵會產生摩抆阻力矩,使得兩者的轉速不斷降低,逐漸達到同步轉速;榦式離閤器同步器接閤持續時間及波動比濕式離閤器大,且閉環控製同步器接閤持續時間及波動也大于開環控製。

To the problems of vibration, shock, and control delay in the process of synchronizer engagement of tractor transmission, a tractor transmission of synchronizer was studied, the synchronizer dynamic engagement and control model of double clutch transmission were established, and the simulation analysis was carried on. The results showed that the synchronization lock ring unlocked, load torque was released from the cone clutch, as a result of high speed rotating sleeve and gear, made its speed decrease, when the locking angle of synchronous lock ring and gear stay contacted, as the two contact surfaces could produce friction resistance moment, progressively reduce both speeds and gradually achieve synchronous speed;the dry clutch synchronizer duration and fluctuations were also greater than the wet clutch, and the closed loop control of synchronizer engagement duration and volatility were also greater than the open loop control.
