目的:探讨不同存放条件及时间对水样氨氮(NH4+-N)、亚硝酸盐氮(NO2--N)、硝酸盐氮(NO3--N)(“三氮”)水平的影响。方法对按国家标准要求处理(处理组)和不做任何处理(对照组)的两组水样存放24、48 h后,检测并比较存放后水样与新采水样“三氮”水平。结果处理组水样按国家标准要求处理并存放24 h 后“三氮”水平[NH4+-N (2.097±0.039)mg/L、NO2--N(0.247±0.014)mg/L、NO3--N(20.744±0.918)mg/L]及存放48 h 后NO2--N、NO3--N 水平[(0.266±0.017)、(20.774±0.867)mg/L]与同组新采水样[NH4+-N (2.150±0.048)mg/L、NO2--N (0.268±0.019)mg/L、NO3--N (20.684±0.749)mg/L]比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但存放48 h后NH4+-N水平[(1.984±0.044)mg/L]较同组新采水样降低明显,差异有统计学意义(P=0.01);对照组水样NO3--N存放24、48 h后水平[(20.415±0.542)、(20.864±0.612)mg/L]较同组新采水样[(20.534±0.590)mg/L]变化不大,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而对照组水样 NH4+-N 水平在存放24、48 h 后[(1.835±0.019)、(1.044±0.067)mg/L]较同组新采水样[(2.075±0.071)mg/L]显著降低、NO2--N 水平存放48 h 后[(0.295±0.013)mg/L]较同组新采水样[(0.255±0.019)mg/L]显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论水样采集后如果不能马上检测,应按国家标准或其他机构的规定条件进行处理和存放,否则将难以反映所检测水体水质的真实情况。

Objective To explore the effects of storage condition and time on the concentrations of three-nitrogen(NH4+-N, NO2--N,NO3--N) in water samples. Methods After the water samples were stored according to the prescribed conditions by the National Standards of China(the treatment group) or stored without any treatment measurements(the control group) for 24 hours respectively and 48 hours respectively ,the concentrations of three-nitrogen of the two groups were measured and compared. Re-sults Comparing the stored concentrations of three-nitrogen of the treatment group for 24 hours[NH4+-N(2.097±0.039)mg/L, NO2--N(0.247±0.014)mg/L,NO3--N(20.744±0.918)mg/L] and 48 hours respectively[NO2--N(0.266±0.017),NO3--N(20.774± 0.867)mg/L] and the promptly-collected water samples[NH4+-N(2.150±0.048)mg/L,NO2--N(0.268±0.019)mg/L、NO3--N(20.684± 0.749)mg/L],there were no statistical significance in difference(P>0.05);The NH4+-N concentrations after storing 48 hours[(1.984± 0.044)mg/L] was significantly lower that of the promptly-collected water of the same group,whose difference has statistic signifi-cance(P=0.01);the NO3--N concentrations of the water sample in the control group after storing 24 hours and 48 hours[ (20.415± 0.542),(20.864±0.612)mg/L] had less changes compared to that of the promptly-collected sample[(20.534±0.590)mg/L]. The difference had no statistical significantly(P>0.05). The NH4+-N concentrations of the control group after storing 24 hours and 48 hours respectively[(1.835±0.019),(1.044±0.067)mg/L] was declined obviously compared with the promptly-collected sample of the same group[(2.075±0.071)mg/L],while the NO2--N concentrations after storing 48 hours[(0.295±0.013)mg/L] was signifi-cantly increased than that of the promptly-collected after sample in the same group [(0.255±0.019)mg/L]. The difference had sta-tistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The water samples should be treated and stored according to the prescribed conditions by the National Standards of China or other organizations when it could not be done immediately ,or the testing results is difficult to reflect the ture conditions.
